Questions before we scoop

Do I need to be home?

No. You do not need to be home as long as we have gate access and your pets are kept inside during the visit.

Do pets need to be inside?

Yes. For everyone's safety, pets need to be kept inside while we are working.

What if my gate is locked?

We accept gate codes, combination locks, or custom access instructions. Just provide them before your scheduled visit.

What if it rains?

We service in light rain or snow. For heavy rain, severe weather, or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule to the next available service day and let you know.

Where does the waste go?

By default, we bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash can. We do not haul waste away from the property.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. One-time and initial cleanups are available for new customers, seasonal refreshes, yard resets, or pre-party prep.

Why do you ask for my email before showing the estimate?

We use your email to save your quote and follow up if you decide to request service. We keep the quote flow short and only ask for full service details if you move forward.
