No — you don't need to be home as long as we have gate access and your pets are kept inside during the visit.
Do pets need to be inside?
Yes. For everyone's safety — your pets, our team, and the gate — pets need to be kept inside while we're working.
What if my gate is locked?
We accept gate codes, combination locks, or custom access instructions. Just provide them ahead of your scheduled visit.
What if it rains?
We service in light rain or snow. For heavy rain, severe weather, or unsafe conditions we'll reschedule to the next available service day and let you know.
Where does the waste go?
By default we bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash can. Waste haul-away is available as an add-on if you'd prefer we take it with us.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes — one-time and initial cleanups are great for new customers, seasonal refreshes, or pre-party yard prep. Pick One-Time / Initial Cleanup in the quote form to see a starting estimate.
Why do you ask for my email before showing the estimate?
