This policy explains what Fresh Lawn collects, how the information is used, and how customers can contact us about their information.

Information we collect

Fresh Lawn collects information customers provide through the quote, request-service, payment setup, and admin communication workflows. This can include name, email, phone number, service address, ZIP code, dog tier, yard size, yard condition, preferred service day, gate and access details, trash location, customer notes, billing cadence, and request history.

Fresh Lawn records operational information needed to provide service, such as service status, job notes, schedule details, billing readiness, invoices, payment status, email delivery status, and admin activity history.

How we use information

Fresh Lawn uses customer information to prepare quotes, review service requests, schedule visits, complete work, communicate with customers, manage billing, prevent misuse, troubleshoot the app, improve operations, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Fresh Lawn does not sell customer personal information. Fresh Lawn does not use customer information for third-party targeted advertising in the Production MVP.

Text Messaging Privacy

Fresh Lawn may use text messaging to communicate with customers and leads about quotes, scheduling, service reminders, arrival updates, completed-service confirmations, closed-gate photos, customer support, and account-related service updates.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Customers may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Payment information

Fresh Lawn uses Stripe for secure card setup and payment processing. Customers enter card details directly through Stripe. Fresh Lawn stores payment readiness and limited Stripe-provided payment method details, such as card brand and last four digits, when needed for billing support.

Service providers

Fresh Lawn may share information with service providers that help operate the business and app, including payment processing, hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, logging, security, and backup providers. These providers are used only as needed to operate Fresh Lawn services.

Fresh Lawn may disclose information when required to comply with law, protect customers or the business, respond to legal process, or investigate misuse of the app or services.

Retention and security

Fresh Lawn keeps customer and operational records for as long as needed to provide service, support billing and accounting, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and meet legal obligations.

Fresh Lawn uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for the Production MVP, including external payment processing for card details and restricted admin workflows for customer records.

Customer choices

Customers can contact Fresh Lawn to request correction, deletion, or a copy of their information. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, accounting, or service-history purposes.
